Cancellation policy

Homestyle does not allow for any cancellation of orders. Should a customer place an order and wish to cancel the full amount paid will be forefitted by the customer.

Homestyle reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Exchange, Returns and Refunds policy

Homestyle does not accept any returns or cancellations and has a strict NO REFUND & RETURNS policy.

Homestyle will exchange goods only if goods are defective, within 7 working days of purchase provided that (i) the customer has returned the item for receipt by Homestyle within the said time period, together with the original proof of purchase document and (ii) the item is in an unused, undamaged condition and the packaging is not damaged. Under no circumstances will Products that have been unpacked, or used be accepted for return or credit, it being your responsibility to inspect the Products immediately upon delivery (and most importantly prior to the use of the Products).

Homestyle does not offer cash refunds. The customer will be required to select item/s to the value of the returned item/s. The customer is responsible for any and all delivery charges involved in the return and exchange process or, alternatively, can request a voucher. The new item/s will only be delivered to the courier or released to the customer once the returned item (together with supporting documents) and payment in full of all delivery charges associated with the exchange have been received by Homestyle. Title of the returned item will only pass to Homestyle upon receipt thereof.
